Forbidden Content & Activities
The following content is strictly forbidden on our servers:

Warez, pirated software, or any other copyrighted content that you do not have the legal right to distribute.

Phishing sites, fraudulent content, or any website with a malicious purpose.

Sending bulk or unsolicited email (spam).

Automated bots, including IRC bots or social media bots.

Audio or video streaming sites, including "tube" style websites.

IP scanners, brute-force programs, or other hacking tools.

File storage or file upload sites for public sharing (including computer backups, movies, or applications).

Pharmaceutical or lottery websites.

Financial institution websites (e.g., banking, investment) unless you have provided us with proof of regulatory approval.

Distribution of confidential or personal information without consent.
Adult Content
We allow adult sites that contain content that is legal in the European Union.
Media Streaming
We support standard HTTP streaming of video and audio files. However, live streaming (real-time broadcasting) is not supported on our shared platform as it can negatively impact performance for other customers.
DMCA Compliance
Our primary servers are located in Central Europe. As such, your website is governed by German and EU law. As an international service provider, we also comply with internationally recognized laws like the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for copyright complaints. We are required by law to forward any legal notices we receive, such as DMCA takedown requests, to you, and we will comply with all lawful requests.
