All of our hosting plans include professional email. This guide provides a basic overview of how to create and access your email accounts with your own domain name.
How to Create an Email Account
You can create new email addresses (like [email protected]) inside your cPanel control panel. Simply log in to cPanel and click on the "Email Accounts" icon to create and manage your mailboxes.
How to Access Your Email
There are two main ways to check your email:
1. Using Webmail
This is the easiest method. You can access your email from any web browser without any setup.
-
Simply visit: https://www.google.com/search?q=webmail.yourdomain.com (replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain).
-
Log in with your full email address and the password you created.
2. Using an Email App (like Outlook, Apple Mail, or on your phone)
To set up your email on a device or in an application, use the following secure settings.
| Setting Type | Configuration |
| Username | Your full email address (e.g., [email protected]) |
| Password | The password you set in cPanel |
| Incoming Server | mail.yourdomain.com |
| Outgoing Server | mail.yourdomain.com |
| IMAP Port | 993 (with SSL/TLS) |
| SMTP Port | 465 (with SSL/TLS) |
