How to Create and View Support Tickets

This guide shows you how to open a new support ticket and check the status of your existing tickets.

 

How to View Your Existing Tickets

 

  1. First, log in to your FavoHost Client Area.

  2. In the main menu at the top of the page, click on Support.

  3. From the dropdown menu that appears, select Tickets.

  4. You will now see a list of all your past and current support tickets and their status.

 

How to Open a New Ticket

 

  1. Log in to your FavoHost Client Area.

  2. In the main menu, click on Open Ticket.

  3. On the next page, choose the department that best fits your question.

  4. Fill out the subject and your message with as much detail as possible, and then click Submit.
