If you purchased a hosting plan that included a free service, like a Free Domain Name for the first year, the standard price of that free service will be deducted from your refund amount.
For example, if you cancel a hosting plan that came with a free domain, we will refund the full price of the hosting, but you will be charged for the domain name. The domain will remain registered to you, and you can continue to use it for the rest of the year.
How to Request a Refund
