Cancellation & Refund Policy
We are sad to see you go, but we understand that your needs can change. This guide explains our refund policy and shows you how to request a cancellation for your FavoHost services.
IMPORTANT: Please Back Up Your Data First!
When you cancel a hosting account, all of your data (websites, emails, files) will be permanently deleted from our servers. Please make sure you have a complete backup of all your data before you submit a cancellation request.
Our Refund Policy
-
Hosting Plans (Shared, WordPress, Lifetime): All of our hosting plans are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can request a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date. If a request is made after 30 days, a refund will not be issued.
-
Domain Names: Domain name registrations and transfers are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered, it is yours for the full term you paid for. You can, however, cancel the domain's auto-renewal to prevent future charges.
How to Request a Cancellation
Before submitting your request, please be sure to read our full Refund Policy to understand all the terms and eligibility.

What Happens Next?
Our billing team will review your request. You will receive an email confirmation and a reply to your ticket once the cancellation and any applicable refund have been processed.
Important Note About Domains
Cancelling a hosting account does NOT automatically cancel any domain names associated with it. Your domain registration will remain active until its normal expiration date.
